Mills & Associates Joins With Phoenix Powerhouse Bauman Loewe Witt & Maxwell

BLWM logo color (2)Since 1997, Mills & Associates has provided exceptional legal service to clients in Nevada, Utah and Arizona.  In an effort to expand our reach, enhance efficiency and continue to deliver the best customer service, Mills & Associates will join with Phoenix based firm Bauman Loewe Witt & Maxwell as of January 1, 2016.  BLWM will consolidate their Las Vegas  office within the existing Mills & Associates office at 3650 N. Rancho Dr., Ste. 114, Las Vegas, NV 89130. The phone and Fax numbers remain the same.  The new email for Mr. Mills is mmills@blwmlawfirm.com.

As always, Mike’s practice will focus on providing top notch defense to his trucking, coverage and defense clients.  Mike will also continue to publish the award winning Nevada Law Blogs, which will celebrate their tenth anniversary in 2016.  With this change, Mike remains committed to providing unsurpassed service to his loyal clients and anticipates an enhanced ability to serve and share.

About Michael Mills

Mr. Mills practices in the area of civil litigation and appeals, with particular experience in matters involving trucking liability, insurance defense, insurance coverage, premises liability, products liability and defense of personal injury. Mr. Mills is a member of the Trucking Insurance Defense Association, the Defense Research Institute Trucking Committee and the Nevada Motor Transport Association. Mr. Mills is licensed to practice before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Utah Supreme Court. He is also licensed to appear before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Nevada and Utah, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Mills has created 3 Blogs for the benefit of the insurance industry. He serves as editor and publisher of the Nevada Insurance Law Blog, the Nevada Coverage and Bad Faith Blog and the Nevada Trucking Law Blog.
